How do you ship, and what is the price?
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. In general however, most of our products ship FREE from the USA in 5-8 business days (Please allow 2-3 business days for processing) for items warehoused in the USA. For internationally sourced items shipping times can take up to 25 business days. Please refer to the product page for product specific shipping times.
Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
We may ship your order from various warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may have to be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, please note that partial shipment may be applied to customer orders. For delivery times of each item ordered, please refer to the specific product page.
Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship US stocked products to the United States. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases. Interanationally sourced products can be shipped to international customers.
How do you ship?
We ship orders domestically and internationally by mail service. For US domestic orders of our US stocked prodcuts we ship from our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using USPS mostly and occasionally UPS & Fedex. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location and where we stock the product that you ordered. Generally, it will take 1-2 business days to process and dispatch your order and a further 5-8 business days for delivery of domestically stocked US products; and 15-25 business days for products that are stocked internationally. How can I track my order?
We will email the tracking code for all orders to the email provided during the checkout procdess. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that tracking information will be provided once we the order is shipped and the postal carrier has provided us with the information. Please also note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to fully propogate through the tracking system.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 48 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event occurs once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery times may get delayed for a number of reasons e.g. bad weather, customs, backlogs, etc. Please note that tracking information may be displayed after your order starts being shipped.
Why do I have to pay extra fee to my shipping company?
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will complete all shipping formalities so you receive the products you ordered. Depending on the individual shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be asked to pay an extra fee for the final local delivery which may be due to import tax or custom duty, perhaps your shipping address is located in a remote area. In this case you may be asked to pay the required fee in order to have the goods released and delivered to your shipping address. In most cases there will be no additional charges.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.
